Robert J. Borghese

 

Robert J. Borghese is a corporate transactional attorney whose practice focuses on advising startup and emerging growth companies and their investors on new venture structuring, corporate strategic planning, private equity and debt financings and general corporate legal and transactional  issues. Mr. Borghese has advised companies from inception through the creation of multi-billion-dollar enterprises.

For the past thirty+ years, Mr. Borghese has been a member of the faculty of the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, where he teaches Legal and Transactional Aspects of Entrepreneurship, which is the top-rated course in the Wharton MBA program.
